REGION
The area of Castilla-La Mancha, located in the central plateau of the Iberian Peninsula, is the largest vineyard in the world. In this great wine area varietal wines, sangrias and musts are elaborated. Airén and Tempranillo are the most characteristic grapes in this area. Other non-native grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Viura, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, etc. They have excellent results due to the climatic and terrain conditions of this region.
TASTING NOTE
With a bright light pink color and a fine and constant bubble, it combines aromas of fruits such as strawberries, citrus flavors and exotic fruits, with a sweet texture and moderate acidity.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany seafood dishes, salads, smoked salmon, oysters and light cheeses.

It is based on a rosé wine, made with the traditional method of rosé wines and thanks to the most modern winemaking technologies that guarantee maximum quality. Then the wine is gasified by the addition of carbon dioxide in the right measure to achieve a fine and elegant final bubble product, good acidity and maximum fruity expression.
